Service Description
The Flyer / Stretch Class is designed to develop the strength, flexibility, balance, and body control required to excel as a flyer. This class focuses on improving body positions, increasing range of motion, and building the stability needed for confident, consistent stunting performance. Athletes will work on proper technique for heel stretches, bow and arrows, scales, and other extended body positions while strengthening core muscles and improving overall flexibility. Basic Knowledge & Skill Requirements: • Basic understanding of stunting positions (prep and extension level preferred) • Ability to hold a stable liberty or basic body position • Willingness to work on flexibility and active stretching • Strong core engagement and balance awareness • Coachability and focus during technique training This class is ideal for athletes who want to improve their flyer performance, clean up body lines, and safely advance their skills to the next level.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy - To cancel service, Customer must provide a written 30 day notice of cancellation. Until notice of cancellation is received by us, and cancellation is finalized, service will continue and Customer will remain responsible for paying for said service or services. Please send notice to info@socalthundercheer.org Service Termination - Upon expiration of Customer-provided notice of cancellation, services will terminate at the end of the current billing cycle. Early Cancellation - Customer may cancel this agreement without penalty prior to commencement of service by providing written notice at least 3 days before the first scheduled service will take place. Cancellation Fee - Service provider does not charge an additional cancellation fee. Provider Initiated Cancellation - We reserve the right to cancel service if the customer's account remains delinquent for 45 days after the Customer is notified that the account has become delinquent.
