Service Description
The Stretch & Injury Prevention class is designed to help athletes improve flexibility, mobility, and body awareness while learning safe techniques to prevent common cheer and tumbling injuries. This class emphasizes proper stretching routines, strength-building exercises, and injury-prevention strategies that enhance performance and longevity in cheerleading. Athletes will work on dynamic and static stretches, core stability, joint alignment, proper warm-up and cool-down techniques, and safe movement patterns for stunting, tumbling, and jumps. Basic Knowledge & Skill Requirements: • Basic understanding of cheer movements, stunts, or tumbling preferred • Ability to follow instructions and perform exercises with proper form • Willingness to actively engage in stretching and conditioning routines • Commitment to safety and consistent practice This class is perfect for athletes looking to increase flexibility, improve performance, and stay healthy and injury-free throughout their cheer season.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy - To cancel service, Customer must provide a written 30 day notice of cancellation. Until notice of cancellation is received by us, and cancellation is finalized, service will continue and Customer will remain responsible for paying for said service or services. Please send notice to info@socalthundercheer.org Service Termination - Upon expiration of Customer-provided notice of cancellation, services will terminate at the end of the current billing cycle. Early Cancellation - Customer may cancel this agreement without penalty prior to commencement of service by providing written notice at least 3 days before the first scheduled service will take place. Cancellation Fee - Service provider does not charge an additional cancellation fee. Provider Initiated Cancellation - We reserve the right to cancel service if the customer's account remains delinquent for 45 days after the Customer is notified that the account has become delinquent.
